Sina Bb. Marilyn D. Azures at Bb. Sina Gng. Rogel, Gng. Nahag at Gng.

STVPS personnel documented 2017 MaPSA General Assembly last August 23 to 24, 2017 at Century Park Hotel in P. Ocampo Street, Malate, Manila.  This is the 5th engagement of the team composed of Dr. Leo B. Galve, Mr. Joseph Cruz, Mr. Great Allan Ong and the additional manpower to cover the concurrent sessions is Mr. Eleazar Pada.  The team started their assignation during the 2012 MGA at hosted by the Diocese of Pasig held at Cainta Catholic College with Rev. Fr. Orlindo F. Ordoña, PaDSS Superintendent as the Chair.  In 2013, Fr. Raymond Arre, Superintendent of Cubao requested the same team to document the proceedings hosted by the Diocese of Cubao held at St. James School in Malabon.  However, due to administrative movement in MaPSA, there was no assembly in 2014, but in 2015, Rev. Fr. Jeronimo Ma. J. Cruz requested the team again to document the assembly hosted by the Diocese of Novaliches at Malolos Sports Complex and Convention Center.  Right after the assembly, Rev. Fr. Fidel Fabile, the upcoming chair from the Diocese of Parañaque called the steering committee members for an emergency meeting to announce their participation to the 2016 assembly.  In December of 2016, Dr. Judith Aldaba, the chair of the 2017 Assembly from the Archdiocese of Manila requested Dr. Galve to do the same.  Among the works of the Documentation Team are to prepare the hard copies of the proceedings, recapitulations and the retrospect.  The members of the team take still photos and video clips. These documents are forwarded to the MaPSA office in one comprehensive report. Should the team be requested to the remaining 3 dioceses, namely the Diocese of Antipolo, the Diocese of Malolos and  the Diocese of Kalookan which have not hosted the assembly since 2012, they will complete the cycle. To God be the glory!
